You want me to run how many miles?


That's exactly what I thought all last year when I was training for my marathon. Now I look back and wonder how the hell did I do that? I was very determined to do the damn thing and without a doubt.. had the support of so many. Now I see my friends all training for their next event while I have decided to retire my running shoes. I so admire their strength and determination to keep running those endless miles. Very impressive!

So I no longer train for any edurance events, I eat more food and have lost weight. It's not how it should be but it works. No training, no running, eat a scone and have a smile on your face stepping onto the scale. sweet. Im lazy.
