finally...

Hello,

I am the biggest blog stalker there is. I constantly check other peoples sites to see if there is a new update. And then.. I dont post for 3 weeks. Im a very bad example.

Halloween was the best time I have ever had. My girlfriend Kim and her son Taylor joined us for a very fun night of trick or treating, eating pizza and a bottle of wine (or.. two..). All the kids were super excited as we embarked just two blocks from my house. There were 100's of children and parents on the sidewalk. Parents were going door to door with wine glasses in their hands, families having their parties on their lawns and all were invited. The kids were hilarious as they kept saying "spooky.. spooky" at every door. Emma was quite amazed at how huge the (fake) Rat was and she was worried he was going to steal her candy. Andy, as the Chicken, was completely into his candy. I even found a lollypop stuffed in his feathers! I suppose he was storing it under one of his wings for later?

Then after Halloween we became quite busy with preparing for Christmas.. and England. Both children are very excited now. We discuss the plane, how it will be to hear the jet engines, and how they will have to sit in their seats for a long time. It is my hope that all these chit chats will help them on the actual day and that we will not have any melt downs... one can hope.

I also just celebrated my 35th birthday. I invited a handful of friends to come to our house for a dinner. What a wonderful celebration it was! Great way to welcome my mid 30s.

So less chit chat.. I know you visit this site for pictures. :)
